This Website will only ship parts weighing 75 pounds or less to any USA or Canada address

  • DO YOU TAKE PAYMENTS?

No. You must pay in full by check (send a copy to 256-562-8044) or credit card.


  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from Chiropractic Table Parts prior to sending your return. Call 1-256-245-8390. 

Approved returns must be received by Chiropractic Table Parts within 14 days of initial receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Returns for orders over 30 days will not be processed. All returns must be New and Unused. Returns should be still in original packaging, and in saleable condition. If the part has been tampered with (taken apart or missing hardware), it is NOT returnable.

Non-Returnable Items: For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like oils, grease, manuals, etc. Special orders, electrical items, and custom-built parts are non-returnable. CHIROPRACTIC TABLE MFG'S WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ELECTRICAL PART RETURNS! SO, ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.


  • WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

Most MFG's provide a ONE Year limited warranty when you purchase your New Table Parts. The MFG's guarantees are that for a period of one year, your table part will be free of defects on the part. For twelve months; if in normal use, a part is found to be defective or breaks, the MFG will replace the part at their option. This DOES NOT cover broken parts caused by MISUSE or damage from a patient being overweight. If a part is found to be defective during the One Year warranty period; the MFG will replace the part. Any UPS or freight charges will be the responsibility of the product owner not Access Equipment Corp. The MFG's DO NOT have a labor warranty for part installation or repair. 


  • IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE?

Certain MFGS charge a 25% restocking fee on the part. We DO NOT CONTROL THIS FEE; Unless it is a manufacturer defect or you were shipped the wrong part. The cost of shipping to return a part will NOT be paid by Chiropractic Table Parts, UNLESS we shipped you the wrong parts by mistake! 

Restocking fees & return policies may vary for items shipped directly from the manufacturer/drop-ship. Exceptions to this return policy include custom-ordered items (for which no returns are accepted).
