    Tips on how to install IST Table Chain

    Tips on how to install IST Table Chain

    1. UNPLUG TABLE!!!! 

    2. Remove the upper wooden top from the table and sit to the side. 

    3. Loosen the 4 inside nuts on Travel Motor Bracket about 1.5 Inches. 

    4. Tighten the 4 outside nuts on Travel Motor Bracket about 1.5 Inches. 

    5. Slip chain over both sprockets. 

    6. Loosen the 4 outside nuts on Travel Motor Bracket about 1.5 Inches. 

    7. Tighten the 4 inside nuts on Travel Motor Bracket about 1.5 Inches. Do NOT overtighten. You want the chain to be able to move slightly when squeezed with 2 fingers. 

    8. Slide on the drive bracket to the turnaround bolt. The turnaround bolt will need one washer on the top between jam nut. All other washers go between chain and drive bracket arm. 

    9. Attach and tighten down self-locking nut. Do not over tighten locking nut! 

    10. Plug in table, turn off Rotation Motor and vibration switch, and test travel motor for noise. If the chain is noisy or pops when turning, then you have the chain tension to tight, adjust as needed. 

    11. Turn on all motors, watch and test again. 

    12. Install wooden top and you are ready for patients...
