Important Ordering Instructions

Serial Number Required: Please provide your table’s Serial Number at checkout to verify your model type and guarantee fitment. Some older models have a different pelvic than newer models.

Manufacturing Lead Time: Because each cushion set is custom-crafted by the manufacturer, please allow up to 8 weeks for production and delivery.

Complete Cushions Only: Covers are not sold separately; all pieces include the full board, foam, and upholstery structure.

Color / Dye Lot Variation Notice:
Note on Color Matching: Vinyl manufacturers adjust dye lots slightly each year, and existing table upholstery naturally fades over time due to sunlight and overhead lighting. If you are replacing individual cushions rather than a full set, new cushions may match closely, but an exact 100% color match to older existing vinyl cannot be guaranteed.
