How to Check the Oil on Zenith Hylo Table
NON Dipstick
- 1. Lower table to flat down position.
- 2. Remove Oil Cap
- 3. Use a 5 Inch screwdriver and make a mark (magic maker) at 1 inch and 1.5 Inches from the handle.
- 4. Raise pelvic cushion 4 to 5 inches with handles.
- 5. Drop in screwdriver till flat against oil reservoir tank.
- 6. Oil should be BELOW 1 inch mark and ABOVE 1.5 inch mark.
- 7. If oil is below 1.5 inch mark, the table will struggle and be noisy to raise. If oil is above 1 inch mark, table will overflow when lowered to flat position.

How to Check the Oil on Zenith Hylo Table with Dipstick
- 1. Raise table to TOP hylo position.
- 2. Remove Oil Cap. Wipe clean.
- 3. Reinstall cap and screw in. Remove and check the oil level.
- 4. Oil level should be close or ON black mark on dipstick.
- 5. Oil is not touching dipstick; the table will struggle and be noisy to raise. If Oil is above dipstick black mark, the table will overflow when lowered to flat position.
